Where's the "baby?"
In Korea, babies are named after birth, because the name depends on what day and time the baby was born, and what the closest religious icon says (monk, priest), what a fortune teller says, what it looks like, what your grandmother thinks (I don't even know if this is true), and other factors I can't think of right now but you get the point.
I didn't know this until this week when I went to visit my cousin's baby and they told me he didn't have a name yet.
They recently agreed on the name Kim Sung Goon (김성군).

what does the name mean?
Actually I don't know. I will ask my cousin.
The traditional Korean name comes from rules of family tree and Oriental philosophy.
For example, your name Ki-Hyuck, Ki is from the family tree and Hyuck is a supporting letter with some good meaning.
Ki(기) means foundation, key, bottom, source etc, all your brothers have this letter together with you. It means you are brothers in the family.
Other word Hyuck is named by your grand father making good meaning in conjungtion with Ki.
Hyuck(혁) means brightness, sun, light etc.
The whole meaning is "foundation of brightness or "Source of brightness".
Ki is a fixed word for your generation. If you meet someone with Ki in his name and last name Enjin SONG, it means he is in you line of generation.
